About the Author

From live TV to live events Michelle has inspired and entertained millions. By combining the life lessons she has accrued in her own rise to success with those learned while working as a celebrity makeup artist, Michelle has created formulas for authentic success.  From appearance, attitude, personal goals, performance and relationships, Michelle provides a “blueprint” that empowers audiences and positively impacts every area of their life.

While she may be from the Phillips family of music and television, Michelle’s dream in the entertainment industry was a humble one, to work behind the scenes as a celebrity stylist and makeup artist. Through hard work and determination she reached that goal eventually working with major networks and stars of film, TV, and music such as: NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, Katie Couric, General Norman Schwarzkopf, Dan Rather, Connie Chung, Judy Woodruff, Deborah Norville, Colbie Caillat, Jeff Foxworthy, and more.

Along the way Michelle was asked to be the beauty correspondent for the CBS station in Tampa.  And just a few years later, her comfort in front of the camera and innate ability to connect with viewers saw her cast as host of the station’s new morning talk show “Studio 10”.  Since then, Michelle has appeared on shows across the country and currently shecan be seen weekly on two national shows, “The Daily Buzz” and “Daytime”.

Michelle is also very excited about the upcoming release of her book from Hay House Publishing, “The Beauty Blueprint- 8 Steps to the life and look of your dreams”. The book is available for pre-order on Amazon. Her “Beauty Blueprint” radio show airs on the Hay House Radio network.

Michelle's mission in all of her ventures is empowering people to rise above their challenges and live their dreams. Her work with nonprofit groups inspired her to create a TV segments called, “Courage & Grace©”. These vignettes featured the heartrending of the true heroes in our world, the people who have overcome seemingly insurmountable odds in their own lives and gone on to help others. It was this experience that inspired Michelle to share her experiences, and those of others, to create a foundation of strength and support for anyone who hears them. Her programs are designed with a guiding purpose, to bring out the very best in us all by providing toolsfor self-improvement that lead to a beautiful life.  Michelle’s biggest blessing is her amazing husband and her blended family of 5 children. It is her hope that they too will give back to the world and learn to a life based on integrity, core values, with a sense of purpose and passion in everything they do.
